With over a decade of experience as a Psychologist and Founder of multiple mental health and allied health clinics, Marika saw firsthand the challenges in delivering accessible, scalable, and high-quality care.
This inspired her to merge clinical expertise with cutting-edge artificial intelligence, leading to the creation of UpLift AI and Astra, the world’s first AI Co-Therapist. Her Human-AI Therapist Hybrid Model ensures that AI enhances—not replaces—therapists, providing personalised, evidence-based support that bridges the gaps in traditional care.
